Job Responsibilities:
- To collect feedback from regional teams (Operations / AMTs/Logistics) and report them to Spain to constantly improve the ongoing projects.
- To analyse statistics, evaluate them and set actions plans/procedures, to communicate those plans to stores and warehouses, and implement them.
- To work closely with international colleagues in Spain, Canada, and Mexico, to work globally, to make full and efficient execution of procedures.
- To review KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and ensure that standards are being met.
- To work with Stock Control Manager to design and deliver the Stock Control strategy and agenda for the business.
- To coordinate and follow up with Transport department the effectiveness of the inbound of merchandise.
- To regularly visit stores and warehouses to have a good understanding of business needs with a focus of continuous improvement.
- To support and supervise the stores and warehouses for proper recording of both inbound and outbound movements.
- To train the stores and warehouses with interactive workshops.
- To report any system issues to the relevant departments in Spain.
- To work closely with Stock Control Manager, Operations, Logistics, Transport and Loss Prevention departments to react to the needs of the business.
Job Requirements:
- Strong computer skills with programming level of MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Power BI.
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
- 2+ years of experience in Stock/Inventory Control or Supply Chain Management
- Ability to set goals and establish performance standards
- Experience within a fast growing and dynamic business
- Flexibility to frequently travel in the U.S. and Canada
- Experience in Operations, Logistics, and Project Management will be a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Autonomous, able to multitask and excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
