Job Description:

As a HR Logistics Manager you will be providing HR advice to the management team and leadership in matters such as retribution, labor relations, shift management, performance management, recruiting and training.
You will play an active role in the development of the site, building strong relationships with our suppliers, as well as identifying HR issues and solving problems.
You will need to be, reliable and very people-oriented person.

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to Zara HR Management on all HR aspects related with logistics warehouses
• Knowledge and control of the work environment in the work centers
• Frequent travel to warehouses in the US and abroad (Americas)
• Accompany in the management of Human Resources to our logistics providers in the countries
• Develop HR strategies: identify and analyze problems and design proposals for the action plan in terms of retribution and shift management
• Monitoring and coordination of HR development programs: performance assessment, internal promotions and ensure an appropriate induction process for new employees
• Ensuring that appropriate HR policies and regulations are in place according to company requirements
• Transfer to logistics providers, the culture of our organization and the business model

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of the employment law in the country
• Experience in Logistics/Warehouse
• Customer-oriented approach
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent
• 5 + years of experience in HR management
• Approachable for different levels in the company and to our suppliers
• Flexibility to travel frequently, within the country and abroad
• Self-driven, hands-on person, result-oriented and like to work pro-actively
• High level of analytical skills
• High level of Ms Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)
