Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and project team members to meet business objectives and deliver on OCM activities
- Execute the client’s OCM framework and industry best practices to effectively lead the people side of change
- Vision for Change, Leadership Alignment, Stakeholder Analysis & Change Impact Assessments, Communications, Training, Organization/ Business Readiness, Sentiment Analysis, Sustaining the Change and reducing change resistance, OCM Metrics & Measures
- Build effective relationships with clients, project teams, business partners and other stakeholders; rally stakeholders to support the change and promote buy-in
- Develop and deliver an Organizational Change Management program inclusive of the activities below:
- Build your personal brand as a Talent and Change professional and collaborate with other consultants in our global consulting community
- Help build our practice by improving our methodologies and offerings and contributing to our thought leadership
Job Requirements:
- Stellar presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exposure to AI, Blockchain, Data Science industries is a plus
- Managing Consultant

- Senior Consultant
- Certification by a professional change management organization such as Prosci or ACMP as a Change Management Professionals preferred, but not required
- Ability to travel (Monday – Thursday/Friday/ flexible). (While 80-100% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended currently)
- Understand the phases people and organizations go through in the face of change and how to guide them through it
- A quick and adaptable learner who will proactively learn client challenges and
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Qualification & Experience:
- Experience in leading and mentoring project teams on relevant engagements
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- 3-5 Years of experience in a consulting or industry role, with experience in change management and organizational development
- 0-2 Years of experience in a consulting or industry role, with experience in change management and organizational development
- Demonstrated experience in IT or digital industries in different verticals is preferred
- Experience in leading and mentoring project teams on relevant engagements
- 10+ Years of experience in a consulting or industry role, with experience in change management and organizational development
- Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies
- 6-10 Years of experience in a consulting or industry role, with experience in change management and organizational development
- Bachelors’ degree is required. Masters is strongly preferred.
