  • The Enterprise Assurance function at TSB builds confidence for our customers by assuring safe, resilient, and fair customer outcomes. The Customer Outcomes Assurance team are accountable for providing challenge, support, and influence, to improve customer outcomes across the business.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence, collaborate, challenge and support effective decision making
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • An ability to analyse and interpret data and information from a range of sources, to communicate and influence different stakeholders
