Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Use Agile boards to maintain a constant flow of work in play at any time
• Where appropriate, use more formal analysis techniques such as Use Case Diagrams and Business Process Modelling
• Contribute to, and help to foster, disciplined Agile working practices, assisting the Scrum
• Master in daily tasks, and participating in or leading ceremonies
• Document requirements in the form of Agile User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Perform analysis and use data to identify and validate business assumptions and requirements
• Collaborate with other delivery teams within Sky to ensure key dependencies are identified, documented, and managed
• Work with Product Owners and development squads to build and maintain a well-refined backlog
• Interact with developers and testers daily to ensure business objectives and user needs are accurately understood and implemented

Job Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to communicate at both a technical and non-technical level and handle ambiguity with ease
• Good collaboration and facilitation skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills combined with superb attention to detail
• Business Analysis experience, ideally in an agile environment
• Awareness of app and web development technologies, techniques, and practices
• Practical experience of using agile analysis techniques and tools
• Experience of managing expectations and staying calm and positive under pressure
• Aptitude for working successfully in a fast-paced work environment
• An ability to handle non-routine queries and resolve issues from application of previous experience
