Job Description:

We are seeking a technical Senior Product Specialist (f/m/d) or Product Expert (f/m/d) to strengthen our team of talented, supportive, and motivated colleagues to work on core services. In this role you will translate market and customer needs into competitive and innovative products. You will develop compelling product visions based on your own understanding of the market requirements as well as direct interaction with potential customers, partners, or internal stakeholders. In our product team you will work closely with and guide engineers and designers to derive a high-quality product backlog and ensure its successful execution from the first idea to a successful market entry and beyond.

Job Responsibilities:

• Focus on sustaining competitive differentiation considering build, buy and partner options
• Be accountable for coordinating and fostering involved teams
• Translate business requirements to technical requirements and innovative solutions
• Work on product definition and backlog creation based on market/technology trends and customer feedback
• Apply state of the art methodologies to foster innovation and create a structured management approach for the project.
• Ensure that the product roadmap is clearly conveyed and results in revenue and adoption
• Create and drive a product vision and a product roadmap
• Drive and ensure the prioritization and description of the product backlog as part of the PM team
• Be accountable for the success, quality, cost management and delivery of the component in the whole product lifecycle
• Take over collecting end-to-end feedback from customers, development, and other relevant stakeholders

Qualification & Experience:

• Wide Product Management experience with a strong technical background
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in related fields like computer science will be advantage
• Enterprise software design experience a definite plus
• Operations expertise is a plus
• Experience in Cloud Software Development
• Proven experience in planning, executing, and coordinating development and strategic projects
