Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Extracts, transforms and loads the data, and makes it available to stakeholders
• Works with stakeholders to validate the data is correct
• Support development of predictive models and support integration of modeling into other tools and platforms
• Sets up, schedules and maintains workflows to ensure stakeholders are receiving updated data when needed
• Works with the Manager to make recommendations to improve data infrastructure to drive efficiencies
• Support development of BI dashboards, including owning and building BI dashboards as needed
• Makes recommendations to the Customer Reporting and Digital Analytics team on the data infrastructure and processes to support their reporting and analytical needs
• Work with Customer Reporting and Digital Analytics team to analyze the data and make recommendations to improve Marketing strategy and execution of Marketing tactics

Job Requirements:

• In addition to strong technical skills, has business acumen and can apply business logic to data and validate that the data makes sense
• Analytical skills: can look at complex data and distill into key actionable insights
• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of Python or R
• Knowledge of data streaming principles, data modeling, and data visualization
• Communication skills: can take complex processes and explain to business stakeholders
• Experience in ETL and ETL pipeline scheduling
