As a Redfin Tour Coordinator, you’ll be on the front lines of customer service, coordinating with Redfin real estate agents and clients to schedule home showings for buyers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with listing agents to confirm that properties are available for showing
• Coordinate with buyer’s agents and clients to schedule and reschedule home showings
• Take inbound requests to tour properties via email, phone, and the Redfin site and apps
• Hours may vary and can include evenings and weekends

• Commitment to delivering the best client experience in real estate
• Ability to juggle many tasks and transition smoothly from one to the next in a fast-paced setting
• Customer service experience, including the using email, phone, and customer relationship management tools in a high-volume workflow
• Excellent attention to detail; nothing gets past you
