Job Description:

To ensure our search for candidates is done very well, work closely with recruitment partners and stakeholders to ensure the flow of profiles happen regularly as per SLAs, create strategies around sourcing mix, creating pipelines, database. Would own the market mapping and Market intelligence information, to be an expert in business knowledge and refined sourcing skills. Will be completely accountable for delivery


Job Responsibilities:

  • Thorough understanding of recruitment practices and the ecosystem.
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies that meet business needs and create a pipeline of high calibre talent for the organization in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Expert in searching, screening, reviewing CVs as per the role requirement
  • Conducting CBI Interviews and providing a detailed constructive feedback
  • Oversee the utilization of standard processes to select candidates best aligned with the Organization culture, values and job requirements while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Work closely on the KPIs and SLAs and have full accountability to ensure we meet the KPIs at all given times
  • Ensure Job posting is done well on the right channel for the right time
  • Have effective and precise search strings
  • Work very closely with HR Consultants and have a close touch with Hiring managers
  • Manage and strategise which source channel to be used – when, how and for how much time
  • Develop and manage relationships with external search partners.
  • Conducting CBI Interviews and providing a detailed constructive feedback
  • Understand the business well and the requirements /expectations of the role
  • Building pipeline, doing market mapping continuously and ensuring ways to minimize the turnaround time and also to improve the quality of CV’s sent to the next level
  • Engage with business managers to provide support on their hiring needs
  • Manage the trackers and database to ensure real-time data is available for all positions he/she is handling
  • Expert in searching, screening, reviewing CVs as per the role requirement
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of the recruitment process with business needs.
  • Monitoring sourcing strategy and recruitment costs

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across functional and organizational lines.
  • Must have proven ability to build and implement innovative approaches to talent acquisition
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong change management skills.
  • Ability to work in a shift if necessary according to working hours in your dedicated Region
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management approaches
  • Strong understanding of the business environment, and understands factors, trends and issues which influence the company’s business performance.
  • Must have a proven knowledge of social networks, LinkedIn preferred and ability to source profiles in an innovative way.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master, MBA in HR preferred.
  • 2+ years experience in resourcing with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in a Telecom & IT services organization
  • Experience in Digital recruitment in Telecom & IT Services Company.
  • Fluent in English
