Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our growing Talent Team! You will be supporting our Talent Acquisition Partners to co-ordinate recruitment, selection and induction activities and drive the direct sourcing strategy across all business areas. Supporting other members of the team and delivering recruitment projects against KPI’s.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end recruitment processes for all vacancies within remit area across our BMD and Customer teams
- Partner with Line Managers to ensure recruitment processes are in place
- Adopt direct resourcing approach (ATS, Job Boards, LinkedIn, Social Media and Headhunting) towards recruitment process ensuring a cost effective and quality driven approach to candidate attraction.
- Create and drive pipeline activity across all areas.
- Facilitate assessment centres where appropriate.
- Work as an ambassador for the New Look Recruitment process, ensuring positive candidate experience.
- Actively support hiring managers with interviewing and other selection
- Work with/manage relationships with recruitment agencies with regards to vacancies (briefing, feedback, offer process).
- Provide management information for recruitment metrics report (Weekly).
- Manage and deliver resourcing projects in line with department plan.
Job Requirements:
- Possess good influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport and persuade others
- Experienced in conducting comprehensive selection events, in particular assessment centres and competency-based interviews
- Experienced in screening and short-listing candidates
- Experienced in advertising positions on job boards, have drafted recruitment advertising, searched cv databases and cold called candidates
- Recruitment/resourcing experience, either in an in-house or recruitment agency environment, preferably within retail
- Will have managed a large portfolio of permanent and contract vacancies at any one time and demonstrated the ability to keep up to date with associated administrative tasks.
- Be an effective communicator with excellent organisation skills and the confidence to prioritise workload when demands on time are being made by many managers at once.
- Ability to manage change and remain flexible to individual situations.
- Experience of recruitment management systems / e-recruitment solutions and have posted vacancies to job boards.
- Familiar with employment discrimination legislation
