Job Responsibilities:
- Attract, motivate, manage and develop a team of Operations Managers that are focused at all times on service delivery
- Ensure effective performance management of assigned operations staff India at all levels
- Ensure effective performance management of assigned Operations staff in J P Morgan India at all levels
- Perform all work in accordance to department procedures and within productivity processing and quality standards.
- Initiate and assist in J P Morgan India strategic focus initiatives
- Communicate with supervisor on problematic transactions or exceptions.
- Exercise good judgment and degree of confidentiality.
- Developing and implementing tools to manage and improve Quality, Accuracy and Timeliness
- Financial discipline around all aspects of relevant operations
Job Requirements:
- You must be able to demonstrate strong administration and organization skills
- You will be able to give examples of your problem solving skills and experiences
- You must have an equivalent industry experience – Eg working on tax tribunal cases etc
- You must be able to demonstrate acute attention to detail
- You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a dynamic environment with conflicting priorities
- You must be enthusiastic and articulate and possess good oral and written communication skills
- You must be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills to review evolving market practices, assess metrics and results, and identify trends.
- You must have relevant Degree and preferably with accounting background / Chartered Accountant / Degree of Law
