Job Description:
A Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries (MMBSI) Market Executive hires and directs team members in their business development efforts to grow and retain profitable banking relationships with Middle Market companies. In this role you will be expected to lead the +$100MM MMBSI banking team for the Greater San Francisco /Northern California Banking Region.

Job Responsibilities:
- Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships
- Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset
- Find ways to drive efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies
Job Requirements:
- Strong creative solution and problem solving abilities and Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Sales management and business development skills with proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Strong management skills
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services with knowledge of the region
- Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
- Typically a minimum of ten years account relationship management experience with a focus on business relationships
