Job Description:
The NGL Scheduler is responsible for coordinating with Refining, Chemicals, Gas Plants and Pipeline to implement operating plans and schedule NGL movements. The Scheduler is responsible for daily operations, coordination and monitoring inventories in/out refineries, terminal storage locations, chemical plants and pipelines. This position is located in Spring, Texas.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manages daily inventory to ensure optimization of the site’s operations
- Uses commercial judgement and problem solving skills to solve operational constraints
- Nominates requirements to pipeline, rail, truck or marine carriers daily interacts with third parties to execute molecule movement
- Partners with trading and optimization to identify and capture market opportunities
- Schedules the movement of raw make and purity products via various methods of transportation: pipeline, rail, truck, marine
- Serves as key interface between accounting and the business line ensuring third parties are paid accurately and timely
- Coordinates and communicates effectively with traders, optimizers, refineries and third parties in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Participates on cross functional teams as appropriate such as weekly coordination meetings with the sites and internal meetings with Management, Optimizers and Traders
- Ensures adherence to credit guidelines, regulatory and quality compliance, transportation policies and other specific controls
- Develops deep understanding of optimization, logistics, market conditions, operational costs and ensure all third party movements are consistent with contracts
Job Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in NGL Scheduling is preferred
- Desire to have long term career in NGL Scheduling
- Proficiency in SAP is a plus
- Strong drive and motivation and continuous improvement mindset
- Solid proficiency in use of MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience in the Mont Belvieu area is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Management
- Strong organizational skills, be flexible and adaptable in a fast paced 24/7 environment
- 5 years’ experience in Logistics or Scheduling
- Works well in teams must be customer focused and have ability to build relationships
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
- Prefer 10 years work experience
