We have a unique opportunity to work at one of England’s most iconic heritage sites as the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Osborne. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a world class service to every visitor, as well as focusing on the future development of the F&B offer in this truly spectacular setting.

F&B is a growing area of our work and with the offer at Osborne now coming ‘in house’, having previously been run by a concession contractor, this is a unique opportunity for someone to make their mark as well as develop their career within the successful English Heritage catering team.

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Osborne Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible in supporting them to consistently and successfully deliver the F&B site operation. You will oversee the effective delivery of brand standards, whilst also ensuring all income targets and KPI’s are met. You will coach, mentor and develop the team and lead them to achieve the highest level of service, ensuring compliance with all current legislation, policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• You will have a passion for F&B, display exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure. Your strong communication skills will enable you to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, as well as enable you to support and develop your team.
• You will have experience working within a mix of multi-site small to high environments across a number of secondary and tertiary outlets.
