Job Description:

Under the supervision of the Manager, Nutritional Services or the Cook on duty, performs general duties in the preparation and serving of daily meals and maintaining a clean working and eating environment.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to follow oral and written communications.
• Be willing to be cross-trained and function as a Resident Care Aide and Housekeeper if required.
• Understanding of and ability to work with the elderly.

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience with institutional food preparation.
