Job Description:

We’re looking for a trader to join our structured credit desk as a Vice President, specializing in LatAm Corporate Credit. In this role, you’ll work closely with Structuring, Sales and Origination to provide comprehensive Financing / Credit solutions for our clients, which includes Corporates across the whole LatAm region.

Job Responsibilities:

• From an internal perspective, we will need to augment risk management and risk controls.
• In this regard, the candidate will assist in the preparation of internal credit reports, credit analysis, valuation and other relevant financial analysis needed to monitor trading positions
• You will play an important role in the Latam Structured Credit Trading desk as he/she will be tasked with analyzing, structuring and pricing and monitoring fixed income products for corporate clients in Latin America
• Using your current skillset, you will work on all aspects of the trading origination and monitoring including working closely with internal constituents (credit, legal, compliance, coverage, etc.) and external constituents (including client, legal counsel, lenders, co-arrangers, rating agencies, etc.)

Job Requirements:

• Experience on analyzing credit, risk management and fostering new client opportunities
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Relevant legal, regulatory and Bank policy requirements and operate accordingly
