Job Description:

As an administrator you will be responsible for the day to day administrative support of multiple debt & agency and or structured finance products including asset-backed security (ABS), mortgage-backed security (MBS), centralized loan obligation (CLO)/collateralized debt obligation (CDO), corporate debt, escrow, project finance and tender option bonds. You will create, coordinate, and distribute important product wide management information system (MIS) and provide support to product team members in establishing account access on behalf of clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review incoming compliance items for conformity with governing documents
• Set up new business on all internal systems and process corporate actions and other adjustments as necessary
• Monitor daily activity for all active issues including tracking and chasing open compliance items
• Undertaking AI and machine learning research and development projects
• Invest, liquidate, and disburse funds in a timely and accurate manner at the direction of the account manager
• Monitor commercial paper activity daily and process payment of proceeds escalating any funding issues as needed

Job Requirements:

• Fluency in French is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Excel and corporate trust related systems
• BS/BA or higher is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
