In the role of Business Relations Support Analyst, the position will primarily be responsible for overall support of the department and management team through user acceptance testing, coordination of training and departmental employee events, and analytical exercises around pricing for Direct Mail and Digital programs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyzes data to verify campaign database to include program demographics
• Performs monthly reconciliation of Risk invoices
• Perform user acceptance testing related to campaign builds
• Tracks departmental competition of regulatory training
• Evaluate and analyze business expenses related to credit bureau usage
• Accurately update shared documentation to SharePoint
• Request and document system access requirements for new hires and existing team members
• Maintain monthly campaign documentation in digital and paper formats
• Organization of department training, meetings, and other employee development events
• Able to facilitate training and present to senior leaders
• Gathers and analyzes competitor pricing related to core products offered
• Performs other special projects or assignments as requested

Job Requirements:

• Strong decision-making skills
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication, problem resolution, coaching and group facilitation and project management skills required
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Must possess exceptional organizational skills and demonstrated analytical ability
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Microsoft Excel
• Experience within the Banking or Financial Services industries is a plus
