Job Description:

The Senior Marketing Manager, Ancillary Products will be responsible for growth and strategy of credit and ancillary products across digital and print channels. This team member will be responsible for developing the associated marketing strategies and campaigns to help drive revenue and improve response rates across platforms including e-mail, on-line, mobile app and direct mail.

Job Responsibilities:

• Presents to management weekly results, updates and strategies
• Develops and manages comprehensive product marketing strategies from initial concept phase to rollout
• Evaluates and reports on industry trends, benchmarks and offers
• Directs and manages credit card product marketing, analyzes acceptance rates
• Assesses product performance and tracks results by channel and audience to ensure consistency
• Manages reporting and analytic dashboards and support marketing projects to improve reporting and profitability and identifies opportunities to improve program profitability
• Develops business justification requirements and financial impact summaries for each campaign
• Identifies new product marketing opportunities that will drive incremental revenue
• Coordinates closely with Risk Management, Direct Mail and Marketing Analytics teams to develop and execute projects based on the mutually agreed upon implementation timelines
• Identifies new product opportunities that will drive incremental revenue

Job Requirements:

• MBA preferred
• Proven ability to conceptualize, launch and optimize campaigns across multiple channels
• Experience with analytical tools and interpreting data to drive decision and behavior
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• 5+ years of marketing experience is required
• Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new products and strategies that drive revenue
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field is required
• Excellent attention to detail along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple project in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
