Job Description:

As a Barclays Supplier Management Vice President you will be responsible for suppliers and vendors supporting US Fraud & Merchant Disputes. You will be a part of the leadership for the Barclays Card US fraud team. You’ll be responsible for managing external relationships as a key representative of BCUS and work collaboratively with Head of Fraud Policy, Head of Customer Experience and other senior leaders across BCUS. You will be an exceptional leader, expected to influence at the highest level.

Job Responsibilities:

• Being responsible for impacting the US Fraud operational budget
• Executing the global site strategy for US Fraud Operations
• Improving the customer experience as it relates to Fraud and Merchant Disputes Operations
• Conducting fraud loss reduction working with Credit Risk and each business unit
• Handling delivery of the fraud operational performance metrics

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in fraud management in the financial services industry
• Significant credit card operations experience
• Experience working within and leading operational teams
• Proven outstanding leadership qualities
• Supplier, stakeholder and customer relationship management experience
• Bachelor’s degree
