Job Responsibilities:

  • Updating stakeholders on progress, and refining requirements to deliver effective features
  • Frequently delivering new features that delight millions of customers across the globe
  • Contribute to our BA community to improve software across the whole of ASOS
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve our products and ways of working
  • Working in a high-trust, cross-functional team to deliver software and learn from one another
  • Work as part of an enthusiastic and motivated agile development team that takes pride in delivering high-quality software into production
  • Participate in community sessions such as brown-bags, hackathons, to learn and share your knowledge with the aim of driving BA improvements and innovation
  • Writing high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements
  • Ensuring our requirements are clear, concise and deliverable.

Job Requirements:

  • 5 years or more working as a Business Analyst alongside a technical delivery team, delivering:
  • Stakeholder management at senior executive levels
  • Requirements Engineering and Traceability
  • Project management support, including owning RAIDD logs, developing stakeholder management plans and regular progress reporting
  • Process mapping and Use Case documentation
  • 5 years’ experience in payments processing, either as a merchant or in payment acquiring. Knowledge of new and emerging payment methods (including Buy Now, Pay Later and Open Banking) beneficial
  • Knowledge of payment processing lifecycle, including acquiring, settlement and reconciliation
  • Detailed understanding of applicable standards and controls, such as Payment Services Regulations, PCI-DSS and scheme rules and regulations
  • Experience implementing processing standards and controls to support strong governance and change control frameworks
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery, including experience of working with Azure Devops and VSTS or similar solutions
  • Knowledge of tax or finance solutions desirable
