Job Description:

As a Program Manager, Communications and Education, you will be an important member of the Interoperability and Transparency Program Management Office (PMO) on its mission to achieve compliance with federal regulations across the enterprise. This role will serve as a communications subject matter expert and brand ambassador for internal audiences, channels and brand standards. The Program Manager, Communications and Education supports the development and implementation of communications plans and enterprise training programs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating and maintaining talking points, training materials and an educational resource center. This includes ability to effectively manage deliverables, identify risk, drive project plans to completion and collaborate cross-functionally.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT, Legal, PMO Workstreams and Business areas on requirements related to communications and education for internal audiences
  • Leverage program management methodologies to achieve goals
  • Create effective PowerPoint presentations that simplify complex messages and write for impact to a variety of audiences

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in communications and/or corporate training experience in healthcare and/or health insurance industry
  • At least 5 years of program management and/or project management experience
  • Experience supporting communication and education for regulatory programs
  • Proven track record developing communications plans and complex programs with demonstrated results
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels across organization
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience is required
